Description

PrepareNewCharacter loads unit data from start.txt file and loads it to uc_ and hc_ variables, to allow for possible editing.

Usage 

PrepareNewCharacter('unit');

'unit' - unit, which data will be loaded (string value - needed single quotation mark)
