Special mod. It's made to balance 3 nations in multiplayer game. The main reason to create it were HG rush and weak power of Arabians.

Changes in v3.0: 

- Behemoth is restored
- Time Lapser is more expensive and weaker
- Behemoth has bigger value of defense and speed; it's also more expensive and takes more time to be built
