GameSpy Arcade is a shareware multiplayer game browsing application which allows you to join Original War internet games and host them. Although GSA (GameSpy Arcade) is shareware, you can use it free of charge. Subscribing does remove the ads and gives you some additional features, but its in general not worth it. Note that there is no time limit, you can use the software for free for as long as you want.
